We ship all sterling silver jewelry by US Postal Service. Please allow 2-10 working days for delivery.  We ship within  the U.S. only.

                                                                                                                                                                            

                                                 Order Cancellation                                           

To request cancellation of your order please call 210-566-6294,or e-mail a request along with your name, your e-mail address used when ordering, and item number/code to sales@sterlingczboutique.com . We make every attempt to cancel an order upon each request.However, we cannot cancel an order that has been shipped. All orders are immediately processed and usually shipped the next business day.  If a package is in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible. Refusal of delivery will not  prevent original shipping charges.                                                            Refunds/Returns                                      

Return Policy:   We will replace the product(s) or issue refunds (shipping amount may not be included) if the product is delivered to you under one of these conditions:

  • Wrong product - If you get the wrong item due to our shipping mistake, please notify us immediately.  Upon return, it will be replaced or refunded. Item must be physically received by Sterling CZ Boutique in order to qualify for replacement or refund.
  • Defective Item - Customer satisfaction is our goal. Should your item be defective, contact :                                                                                     defective@sterlingczboutique.com .with details of the fault of item you wish to return. PLEASE NOTE- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY US FIRST VIA E-MAIL.  Upon autorization, please return merchandise unworn and packaged in its original pouch and/or box with your name, item name and number and your return address to Sterling CZ Boutique P.O. Box 1144 Cibolo,Texas 78108. Upon return ( if defective item is confirmed defective) we will ship out the replacement right away.

         Defective  Merchandise can no longer be refunded after 7 days from confirmed receipt date.  Contact defective@sterlingczboutique.com ,or customerservice@sterlingczboutique.com  immediately for Return Autorization.
